The Arc
The Tree of Life is an important symbol in nearly every culture. With it’s branches reaching into the sky, and roots deep in the earth, it dwells between worlds- a link between God, His Messengers and Humanity. Also, it has represented the “Word” sent to us from age to age thru Messengers such as Krishna, Buddha, Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, Baha'u'llah. Here you see the Arc which represents a Promise or Covenant between God and humankind. It has the stained sails from the blood of the ones who sacrifice their lives to bring the message of each new age. The Tree of Life holds the Arc and it’s roots penetrate thru clouds which are the symbol of money, ego, blind imitation, prejudice, materialism etc… that veil our sight from seeing Truth. The birdcage represents the body and the roots from the Tree go into the Soul. The birdcage sits on the circle of life grounded on the earth and inside the cage are mirrors that reflect the attributes of the Tree measuring the true nature of the Soul.
